Paxton was in wrestling in January. Bryce took him to Rock Spring for practice twice a week. He had decided he wanted to wrestle instead of play soccer so we let him try it out. He was not a singlet fan ... can't blame him for that. On his last night of practice he was wrestling a boy that was just wild, he was pulling Pax's ears and wouldn't let him take him down. So instead of getting frustrated with himself (which he did the time before) he got mad and ended up pinning the boy. {Pax & Hunter, both took 3rd}
So it came to the tournament and Pax did well in his first match. It went into overtime and the other kid got the first points. He was upset that he lost but he won his second match. I'll have to figure out how to post the video because he was so proud of himself when they held up his arm as the winner. Plus it was hilarious because the boy he was wrestling ran away from him at one point. Hunter told him he did great since he won by 10 points, 11-1.
Anyway, the boy Pax pinned in practice is the one that took first in their weight. So that made Pax feel good too to know that he could have pinned him if they'd have got a chance to wrestle. We are so proud of our little wrestler. He did a great job and is so proud of his medal!

I can't believe he wrestles! That would be so fun but so nerve racking as a parent because you want your kid to do well! Yea, you really should try to post a video because we'd love to see!
