Tyler is now 9 months old! He is such a joy to our family. He is always ... or nearly always ... happy and laughing. He has learned to go a short distance in a "normal" crawling position but usually ends up rolling and army crawling if he's in a hurry. He has learned to sit himself up from his tummy and loves to pull himself up. He has two favorite places to stand ... at the bookcase rearranging the books Bryce places ever so nicely away each day and at Paxton's toy box where he reaches and reaches for those big trucks that are too heavy for him to pull out even if he could reach.
He is a little talker too ... he loves to talk and talk. It will be fun when he can really start talking. He'll give Paxton a run for his money on who has the most to say. Paxton is very quick to offer excuses for Tyler when he's stunk up a room or spit up and I say, "Oh, Tyler." Pax will look at me and say, "That's okay. He's just a baby. Babies do that!"
Tyler LOVES his daddy and brother so much. Bryce and Paxton always get rowdy when Bryce gets home and Tyler has started demanding in on the action. He will talk, yell and scoot his way over to where they are so they don't leave him out. Often times when I find myself telling Pax to be more gentle with his brother its useless since Ty starts laughing and loving what Pax is doing. Guess I better just get used to what life will be like with two little boys.

Tyler helping me stomp down the leaves in the back of the truck.

Tyler playing with Grandpa Hector. Once he gets playing he doesn't want to stop ... he'll play until he wears Grandpa out. He was having so much fun sliding down the steps.
