Tyler: 2 Years

So Ty and Zoe are exactly 18 months apart. I really can't believe he is already 2! He can be the sweetest, most adorable little guy and he has also found the terrible twos. He had a fun birthday weekend with his monster truck birthday party on Friday and his actual birthday on Sunday. He also was very possessive of his new toys much to the frustration of Paxton who just wanted a turn playing with them too.

When I pulled out the pinata Friday morning Ty was so excited. He loves hitting pinatas and kept telling me ... hit it! bam! bam! bam! Which is just what he did!

He did a great job at blowing out his own candles, which he did three times over the weekend ... on the cake, on his breakfast french toast and on his ice cream birthday dessert. Pax was the big helper and lined up the cars and monster truck on the cake.

Sunday morning he just had a few presents to open ... he got a new fire truck which he has been loving the guy and his ax that came with it.

This is Ty showing us he is two ... he keeps saying he's three and when we tell him he's two he says Kolter is three. He's right ... maybe he just wants to be as big as his cousin.

What Ty is up to at age 2:

*talks really well and uses sentences

*can count to 10 with just a little prompting ... comes in handy for hide and seek

*is a dare devil ... climbing, jumping, running, falling up, over and off of everything

*he's definitely a copycat ... wants to be just like his big brother

*has a good memory and has started quoting movies ... just like Pax

*his favorite shows are the wiggles, super why and thomas

*his favorite books are "brown bear, brown bear" and train/truck/tractor books

*i think his favorite color lately is red although he'll say green since its paxton's favorite

*is very particular about how things are done ... there's a certain way things must be and he doesn't like messes (unless its his toys)
