I'm totally behind in my blogging so here's a quick update of what we've been up to. We had a wonderful Christmas. Paxton was so excited for Santa to come and really wanted to catch him not to see him but he wanted to see Rudolph. Too bad he was sound asleep when Santa snuck in. He also made a great Joseph ... he was Joseph last year too. He wanted to be Joseph so that he could use Grandma Shepard's cane (apparently the coolest part to the costume) she had left it at her house so we made canes from hangers. It was good enough for him.
Zoe got her starring role as baby Jesus. She only laid in the manger for the picture at the end. She was funny just looking around at all the kids staring at her. Tyler had fallen asleep so he didn't get a part this year.
Tyler loved to talk about Santa but didn't sit on his lap. He would get close enough to get candy cane from the Santa at the mall and smiled when Santa came to the Castillon Christmas party. Then when Santa called his name and had presents for him he ran up there and carried two HUGE presents back to me all by himself. He got called up a couple more times and was delighted!
The girls on Christmas Eve. We were heading to Grandmas for lunch. I sure love my little Zoe!
Zoe discovered her thumb over the Christmas break. A couple of mornings I went in to wake her up since she had been asleep for 13 hours straight! She LOVES that thumb and just sucks on it for a while when she wakes up and definitely uses it to fall asleep. It has become our lifesaver since it helps her not scream all the time that she is in the car and she now can fall asleep in the car. It also helps her be patient when she needs something and the boys do too.

Zoe is so beautiful and getting so big! Marin is our big thumb sucker. She is almost 3 now and I am thinking it might be time to stop. I still think it is so cute though.
