Disneyland

We spent 3 days at Disneyland and had so much fun. We went to Disneyland first. It was so crowded and busy that we headed over to Disney's California Adventure which was still busy but not crazy.

This is Paxton on our first ride. He could hardly contain his excitement and we were only going on the kid train!

California Adventure has a Bug's Life themed section of the park. Bryce and Pax had fun riding on the bumper bugs.

We also watched the Block Party Bash. Pax LOVES parades anyway but then to have Mike, Sully and Boo, Woody & Buzz come by too was amazing to him. One of the Monsters even gave him five. Although the parks were busy when we got there Sunday by Monday and Tuesday thousands of people had left and we hardly ever had to wait in line. It was a great time of year to go!

We didn't stay at Disneyland but nearby in a hotel. It was nice to leave the park and the swarms of people and go back to our hotel. So we took a shuttle from our hotel to the park each day. While we waited we played by the water fountain ...

firemen and fire trucks. We visited Mickey's Firehouse each time we were at Disneyland.

Yes, Tyler was with us too ... even though he isn't in a ton of pictures. He was our great traveler. We'll have to go back when he's 3. He was quite the trooper ... he went on Pirates of the Caribbean, It's a Small World, all the trains, Buzz Lightyear and to the shows with us. He did great! He loved watching the Playhouse Disney show and even slept through Pirates of the Caribbean.
