our new sunbeam

so going to nursery has become a huge issue each Sunday. i was just released from nursery in January since Tyler was going to arrive soon. Paxton had gotten very used to me being in there with him and just couldn't understand why now i'm not able to go with him. the first Sunday without me went great but all of the following Sundays have been miserable. he was also missing all of his friends since they all got to move up to Sunbeams.

so last Sunday after he had been crying off and on for most of Sunday School and had even thrown up, Bryce and i were in the hall with Paxton very frustrated with way he was acting. one of the girls in the Primary Presidency (and mom of one of his Sunbeam friends) asked him if he wanted to try going to Sunbeams instead ... he said he did and left with her having no tears and a smile. that night he said thank you for Christy in his prayers. so this past Sunday he went to all of Primary and LOVED it. what a relief for us (and his nursery leaders) and blessing that the sunbeams teacher doesn't mind. maybe it wasn't me he was missing but his friends. he told me today that he is TOO BIG to go to nursery anymore!
